Tick Killz is a 25(b) product,Ā so it is exempt from pesticide registration as the government has deemed the ingredients so safe.Ā YouĀ can stillĀ sell Tick Killz as a tick or pesticide service without the regulations and restrictions of an EPA-labelled pesticide.
