Tick Killz is the top solution for tick control that fits those criteria. Made with natural cedar oil, peppermint oil and 2-Phenethyl Propionate (the ingredient that differentiates Tick Killz from other straight cedar oil sprays, this is a compound found naturally in many foods we eat), Tick Killz will kill on contact then dries in about 45 minutes then repels pests for 4 weeks. Tick Killz is a 25(b) product, so it is exempt from pesticide registration as the government has deemed the ingredients so safe.  You can still sell Tick Killz as a tick or pesticide service without the regulations and restrictions of a EPA labelled pesticide and can be used on school grounds or other places where EPA registered pesticides are not allowed.

Tick Killz can provide moderate mosquito control, but in areas of heavier pressure we suggest using Mosquito Barrier (Concentrated Garlic Oil) or Mosquito Cure (Natural Oils and Garlic); both pro-grade, natural 25(b) pesticide exempted mosquito control products.
